- Prepare all the documents following the Heath Control requirements.
STEP 3 Passport Control (International Passenger only)
- Passport Check through Immigration’s Biometric System - 18 counters
- Priority Lanes (For Diplomats, Air Crew, APEC and Disables or any with special needs) - 2 counters
STEP 4 Passengers collect their checked baggage from the baggage carousel.
- Baggage Claim No. 1 – 3 for Domestic Flights.
- Baggage Claim No. 4 - 5 for International Flights.
- Please contact the airline's handling agent if your baggage is lost or damaged. (Baggage Service Counter is located at Domestic and International Arrival Lounge)
STEP 5 Quarantine (International Passenger only)
- Import and export Inspection Division (For more information, please refer to “Health Products Regulations for Travelers” details)
- Plant Quarantine Station (For more information, please refer to “Prohibited Plant for Import” details)
- Animal Quarantine Station (For more information, please refer to “Animal Quarantine Station” details)
STEP 6 Customs (International Passenger only)
Passengers are required to go through customs, either the green channel or the red channel.
- Red channel for passengers with goods to declare.
- Green channel for passengers with no goods to declare or only goods that are duty-free.
